Lotus Farm Plaza in Ji'an Township

JI' AN TOWNSHIP has many scattered views which you can take a clicks on your camera. Mostly are scattered  farms that gives a good site into your eyes. Ji'an Township is second place inhabitants in Hualien County, Taiwan. This township has mountainsides, seashores, and a wide alluvial plain which farmers planted a wide variety of vegetables.It is famous because of the natural landscape of green mountains, crystal clear water and big blue skies which produce a truly peaceful and pastoral scene. Ji' an Township has it's own tourists attractions. One of the most visited place was the Lotus Farm or they named it as Hualien Lotus Farm Plaza.

Visiting this place was very relaxing. There is a hut with long bench which visitors can enjoy seeing the Lilies swaying in the breeze. This farm present a carefree and leisurely atmosphere along with the warmth welcome from the owner who gives a free Lotus tea. It is my first time to visit this place and actually it was my first time to take a sip of a Lotus Tea. The taste was good it is a little sweet coming from the lotus flower.

When we get there I can see a group of family sitting in the bench and chatting while enjoying the lotus tea. But most of the visitors are old group of people and I enjoyed watching them seeing and hearing their laughter. The Lotus that has a big leafy green was amazed me most. It was most likely the same big as the big pan and maybe it can carry a newly born baby.

My New Collection | A Korean Product

For me, who really in love with Korea I always dream't of going to South Korea someday and visits their beautiful country. I want to see what's with Korea? I know many people around the world are crazy over Korea, just like me. lol... I want to experience their delicacies and I want to go shopping..hehehe,, But for now..I, who never yet experience in going Korea, I always find ways to get in touch with Korea because Korea was getting already into my nerve. This time I added a new thing for my Korean product collection. It is for my fashion collection. And this is like for a young girly things. I don't know if this will suit to my age using like this.

I was just roaming around in Meilun Traditional Market in Hualien County Taiwan when I saw this store. First, I approached the seller because I saw a leopard boots which I need in a beauty search this coming December 2013. But suddenly this headband caught my eyes because I saw the tag that has a Hangul characters so I easily thought it was made from Korea. I cannot get over it because I was already addicted about Korea, my craziness...right? So I bought this black headband and I feel happy.  I bought this for 50NT(Taiwan Dollar).It was cheap but elegant and cute. It comes with a black side ribbon which I thought it will be suited if I used simple mini dress. I imagined it was cute just like this headband.

Sometimes you have to treat yourself with your hard works. You go and buy for yourself. Or something that makes you happy. That's why I bought this as a treat for myself and I just love South Korea and no one can stop me for loving it.

Here are 2 ways on how I wore this black headband.

Feeling pretty....

I wore it for my head and in my forehead. It looks good and look like a princess. Well, whatever you wear just carry on it. Makes the best out of it. And always be pretty inside and out.

Spicy Korean Noodles....SUPERHOTLICIOUS!!

One of my addiction is eating different variety and different flavored instant noodles, because it easy to prepare and cook. When your late at work and there's no much time to prepare breakfast just grab this things, add water and you can fill your stomach.

This time I want to try noodles that something different to what I usually eat. But before that, I want to share how I found it. Every month there are fliers delivered in our house. Then I'm looking it one by one because that time, I have nothing to do. And from the fliers, I saw this Korean Noodle. The only word came to my mouth was OH...as if I was really surprised about the noodles. The noodle named in Hangul characters so I already guessed that it was from Korea. And me who was addicted to noodles, I suddenly feel hungry and I want to taste this kind of noodle. So I decided to go and went straight from the grocery store and buy this noodle. Just try for a change..hehehe

By seeing the package, you can already feel how spicy it was. But nonetheless you must try if how it  really taste. This noodle was spicy kimchi flavored. I already tasted many kind of noodles but actually my favorite was seafood and beef flavored noodles. Seafood flavor makes me satisfied and feel good while beef flavor makes my stomach full but of course they are still the same in purpose, they filled my hungry stomach...hehehe.

Here is the easy steps on how to cook this noodle according to it's package.

1. In the boiling water of 550cc, put the noodles or ramen, seasoning and condiments for 4 minutes and you can now enjoy the orthodox and delicious Korean spicy noodles.
2. Can be added with eggs, green onions, vegetables etc. to make it more delicious.

That's how easy to cook this spicy Korean Noodle. Well let see if it will satisfied me...

The taste is OMG superhotlicious... I feel my ears are burning...hahaha, the taste is good but it was really spicy. I need water... For those who are good eating spicy foods you can try this noodle. I'm sure you will like the spiciness of this noodle just add vegetables to make it more delicious. I don't know if I can try this again. Maybe I will try and find another Korean noodles because I'm not good in spicy foods.

This instant noodle was imported from Korea. It was product by OTTOGI Co. LTD.  We thanks for them because we have the chance to taste Korean products without going in their country. 

Qixing Lake (Qixingtan) on Summer

As I mentioned earlier in my post about Qixing Lake ( Qixingtan ), I got an impressive view in this place that I feel so much relaxation in going here. This is my third time visiting this place because I really love this scenic area. But this time, there are many people who visited because it was summer and the weather is really good. There are group of friends, families and foreigners walking, staying in the seashore and some are picnicking. It was really feel good in here. The air was fresh, so you can take a deep breath for you to relieve some stress. The scenic view was beautiful as ever.

A family that flocks together will stay forever

You can see them,, it's a group of family walking together and some of them are biking which Qixingtan is designated for biking purposes. It's good to bring your family here and have some talk while enjoying the environment.

But there is one thing we always keep going back in this place. It is where you can find one of the best ice cream vendor. Every time we went here together with my friends we always go and buy this delicious ice cream that comes with different flavors. Said to say I cannot inform you the details about this ice cream booth because actually i did not know that someday I will make a blog site for my travel stories. I just took a random shots. Maybe I will write it for my next visit.

We are already satisfied going here in Qixingtan by tasting this mouth melting delicious food. There is a deck where you can viewed the sea while enjoying with your favorite flavored ice cream.

And sometimes you have to be alone for self reflection,hehehe... Looking at the people near the sea which some of them are fishing, looking and listening to the small waves. What a good vibes...

Stay some more time and you have to see the another view of Qixing Lake by night. I was more amazing. It feels like paradise. You can feel the tranquil atmosphere and you can just here the hustling sounds from the sea.

Get some time spending here and feel what a peace could really meant to be. Go with your friends and families and make feel close to our mother earth.

Hualien County is one of the famous tourists destinations in Taiwan. They have many beautiful spots which tourists can go and visit the places including Taroko National Park and Yushan National Park and it's coastline is well suited for biking purposes.

Hualien County is the largest county in Taiwan in terms of area, and is located to the mountainous coast of eastern Taiwan. It is the starting Point of Hualien-Taitung Line railroad and the terminal point of North-Link Line of Taiwan Railway Administration. Hualien county is divided to 1 city, 2 urban townships and 10 rural townships.

And in SHOUFENG Township you can find another place to relax and sightseeing within the area with your families and friends, the PROMISE LAND Resort and Lagoon. There are three islands featuring the children's pool, jet- stream jacuzzi for guests to have fun for their vacation getaway and the mid island features a  bar area that provide soft drinks along the pool side.

See there are many activities you can do in this such a beautiful place. But when we went there it was just only a short time. We just only visit the place walking with red brick paths, walk along the bridges and visit the pools. But hoping next time i will experience the different activities here in Promise Land Resort.

Unforgettable Puerto Galera : Swimming Mode in Day 1

As I mentioned to my first post about White Beach in Puerto Galera, this beach was very beautiful and popular among Filipino tourists. Many Filipino tourists flocks here during Holy Week. The rate of accommodation during Holy Week was increased and sometimes private houses was also rented because hotels and lodging inns in the area can no longer accommodate the numbers of visitors.

Before we went there we already reserved a lodging inn because it's Holy Week and expect the large numbers of tourists going in and out there. And to surprised we have a VIP escort with car going to our lodge which we reserved. We have our VIP treatment (just feeling great). Then we go straight to the lodge and put our luggage in our room and the we go out to find a restaurant for gastronomy. After we ate we went back to our lodge and take a rest for awhile to regain energy for our swimming mode.

The feeling was great as if you relieve all your problems because of the nature. You can relax your mind, your body and your soul. I enjoyed a lot looking at the nature. The weather is good that's why we enjoyed even more.

Here in Philippines have also it's tropical fruit. Many kinds of fruits are found here. Some are not just seasonal but they bear fruits the entire year like coconut tree. The owner of the lodge offered us a fruits which they harvested from what they planted on their farm. What a very kind and generous lodge owner, isn't it? We enjoyed the fruits which they gave us.
